<p>Circa 6 % bis 8 % der Männer und 12 % bis 14 % der Frauen durchleben Migräneanfälle.</p>
<p>Der Grund von Migräne ist bis heute noch immer nicht geklärt. Vermutet werden auch erbliche Faktoren.</p>
<p>Übelkeit, Lichtempfindlichkeit, extreme Schmerzen sind häufig die Begleiterscheinungen. Man sagt, dass sie entsteht, weil sich die Blutgefäße im Gehirn verengen.</p></div>

<p>Bei einem <strong>Hexenschuss</strong> handelt es sich um plötzlich auftretende, sehr heftige und stechende Rückenschmerzen im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule.</p>
<p>Auslöser meist durch abrupte oder ruckartige Bewegungen wie das Heben von Gegenständen, schnelles Aufstehen aus dem Bett, das Bücken und Aufrichten ohne die Oberschenkel einzusetzen, sowie plötzliche Drehbewegungen und Verrenkungen.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><h2>Was ist ein Bandscheibenvorfall?</h2>
<p>Die <strong>Bandscheiben</strong> liegen wie Stoßdämpfer zwischen den Wirbeln der Wirbelsäule. Die unterste <strong>Bandscheibe</strong> liegt zwischen L5 und S1. Zwischen dem ersten Halswirbel (Atlas) und dem zweiten (Axis), sowie zwischen Kreuzbeinwirbeln und Steißbein, gibt es keine Bandscheiben.</p>
<p><strong>Bandscheiben</strong> dämpfen Stöße ab und unterstützen die Wirbel in ihrer Bewegung. Ein Bandscheibenvorfall =Prolaps bezeichnet das Austreten von Material aus einer Bandscheibe in den Wirbelkanal. Der äußere Faserring der Bandscheibe reißt ein und Teile des inne liegenden Gallertkerns dringen aus der Bandscheibe heraus.</p>
<p>Bei der <strong>Bandscheibenvorwölbung</strong> =Protrusion rutscht die Bandscheibe aus ihrer normalen Position heraus und wölbt sich vor. Prolaps und Protrusion können Nerven einquetschen und die gleichen Beschwerden auslösen. In schweren Fällen, wenn die Bandscheibe gegen das Rückenmark drückt, kann es zu Funktionsstörungen geben.</p>

<p>Am meisten bewegt werden Hals und Nacken. Seitlich, nach vorne, nach hinten oder auch Drehbewegungen sind durch die hohe Flexibilität der Halswirbelsäule jederzeit möglich.</p>
<p>Dies ist jedoch eine große Belastung, gerade in der heutigen Computer-Zeit. Aus diesem Grund ist der Nacken- und Halsbereich am meisten betroffen und machen sich durch Schmerzen bemerkbar.</p>
<p>Ein kleiner Zug auf die Muskulatur reicht dann schon aus um verschiedene Anzeichen zu haben.</p></div>
